Shai – Tea is at the heart of Middle Eastern culture, It’s a welcome start to the morning, a refreshing boost in the afternoon or a soothing, warm end to a busy day. We drink it in gatherings or in solitude, whatever the setting is, it’s a time to be treasured. There are different blends and combinations that my family use, but I mostly enjoy the Aniseed and Honey tea for its lovely flavour and supposed healing properties.
